Sectors Served

Where Turë belongs.

Turë is built to serve meals at scale — across live events, food halls, campus dining, grocery, takeout and delivery, senior living, cruise lines, and any operation where reuse infrastructure makes sense.

Primary sector · Where it starts

Live events. Where the volume is.

Stadiums, arenas, music venues, theaters, festivals, conventions — wherever fans, audiences, and crowds come together, the meal is part of the experience. And the cardboard, foam, and single-use plastic that comes with it is part of the problem.

Live events bring the platform's strengths into focus — concentrated volumes, repeat audiences, and reuse infrastructure often already in place. Stadiums, arenas, festivals, and concert venues are a natural home for The Marina and The Haven working side by side.

Turë is built for the fan-meal at the concession line, the in-seat delivery during play, the takeout window after the final whistle, and the full-service hospitality of premium spaces — all from the same platform.

Colleges & universities. Where the next generation eats.

American university dining halls serve billions of meals each year — across residential dining, athletic concessions, student unions, and faculty cafeterias. The scale is enormous, the operational rhythm is consistent, and the wash infrastructure is already in place.

Universities are also where reuse is most welcome. Sustainability commitments are public, dedicated dining staff are accountable to them, and the students themselves arrive with reuse already part of how they think about the world. The friction for adoption is the lowest in any sector.

Turë is built to work across the full range of campus dining — from the residence hall buffet to the basketball arena concession to the to-go window at the student union. One platform. Many counters. A measurable shift in how a campus serves meals.

Primary sector · Where it scales

Food halls. Many vendors. One system.

The food hall is where modern foodservice has reorganized around variety, vendor diversity, and the dignity of a real meal in a casual setting. It's also where the volume of disposable foodware compounds across every counter.

Turë gives a food hall something no individual vendor could build alone — a shared, reusable food and beverage platform that works across every counter, every cuisine, every kind of meal. Diners build a complete meal across vendors. The food hall manages one wash and return loop.

The platform is designed for the way food halls actually operate: shared seating, shared bussing, shared dishwashing, shared sustainability goals. Turë is the shared standard that makes those shared goals achievable.

Grocery foodservice. The fastest-growing aisle.

Prepared foods have become the fastest-growing segment of supermarket revenue. The hot bar at lunch. The packaged sandwich or salad at midday. The fresh-cut fruit, the sushi counter, the soup station. It's a full foodservice operation running inside every premium grocer — and nearly all of it leaves the store in single-use plastic.

The audience is uniquely suited to reuse. These are weekly, often twice-weekly shoppers — store-loyal by habit, already returning. A deposit-and-return loop fits how they already move through the store. The container goes home full; it comes back on the next trip empty. The store gains a sustainability story that customers can see and participate in, not just read about.

Turë fits the full prepared-foods program. The Marina is built for the meal eaten in the store's café seating — a plate to enjoy on the spot. The Haven is built for the meal taken home — sealed for the car ride, ready for the table. The cup-carrier handles the smoothie counter, the fresh-juice bar, the coffee station. One platform, serving the meal that more and more Americans buy on the way home.

Takeout & delivery. The hardest loop to close — and the most important.

Every meal ordered to-go or delivered leaves in packaging built to be thrown away — the largest single source of foodservice waste, and the one customers handle most directly. It is also the toughest reuse problem: the container leaves the premises, and it has to find its way back.

So bring the right tool. Deposit-and-return, neighborhood collection points, and route-based pickup turn the trip home into a round trip — the same model that kept glass bottles on the porch for a century, rebuilt for the way people order today. The toughest job on the menu — and the system engineered for it.

Where Turë also serves

The platform extends naturally.

Three more sectors where the modular hub-based system is a natural fit — ready to deploy wherever there's a customer.

Cruise & Hospitality
Cruise lines, all-inclusive resorts, hotels, and theme parks — captive operations where every meal happens within the same loop.
Senior Living
Independent living, assisted living, and memory care — roughly a thousand meals per resident per year, on a constant rhythm with mature wash infrastructure.
Catering, Conventions & Corporate
Convention centers, corporate events, social catering — high-volume, intermittent, where reuse logistics demand a system designed to travel and return.

Designed for any operation serving meals at scale.

Wherever meals are transported and served at scale, Turë is ready to deploy. A few of the many sectors where the platform fits naturally:

Adopt at your pace

Start where you are. Grow into the system.

The Turë system is designed for incremental adoption. You don't need to deploy every component on day one to start reaping benefits — pick the piece that fits your operation today, then add as the program proves itself.

Start with the food boats. A pilot batch of FAB Six containers, deployed alongside your existing operation, can prove out reuse logistics with minimal investment. No hub, no cup-carrier — just the containers. With or without the lids!

Add the hub when you're ready. Once container-return habits are in place, the Marina or Haven hub turns the containers into a complete carry system. The hub replaces the trays, bags, combo carriers, and drink carriers you were already buying.

Add the cup-carrier when beverages join the program. The reusable cup-carrier closes the beverage loop, completing the system.

Work your way into container commerce. Benefit from every step.
